Last spring, I had the pleasure of touring Valle de Guadalupe wine country in Baja California, Mexico. Sadly, I was not able to taste any of the wines because I was growing a human, but I truly enjoyed the beauty of the place and the friendliness of the proprietors.
On , Deckman’s en el Mogor in Valle de Guadalupe will be hosting a culinary feast! For $100 (USD) guests will be able to dine on a five-course meal, paired with five wines to showcase the winter bounty of Baja California. The intimate 40-person meal will begin at and will be hosted by Chef Drew Deckman and guest chefs: Chef Robert Ruiz, Chef Andrew Spurgin and Chef Ryan Steyn. The dinner will include sustainable Baja ingredients with a strong focus on sustainable fisheries.
